Iradukunda Irenee

Visit George’s Facebook page to meet Iradukunda Irenee, (tap here) who graduated July 15, 2016 from the Medical Laboratory Science program on the Kigali, Rwanda campus of Mt. Kenya University. As a student, Irenee ably helped George install laboratory equipment in Kirehe, Rwanda in November, 2014. His MLS program chair in Kigali is Prof. Lawrence Osuwat, who graduated several years ago from the Clinical Laboratory Science program at the University of Alabama at Birmingham where Margaret Giddens Fritsma and George Fritsma served on the faculty. Our congratulations to Irenee for this achievement and to Prof. Osuwat for his mentorship. Best wishes to both for long and productive careers.
