Referring to Ruth Spates’ June 18, 2018 question about mixing studies followed by Dr. Paul Riley’s comment asking why we incubate two hours, Dr. Connie Miller of the CDC answered today with reference to a 1974 publication that establishes hemophilia A inhibitor (anti-FVIII) kinetics. It looks like two hours remains the optimum time.
