We had a total of 13 responses. It may be that others who looked at the question fall into the “none” category, as many of us have not really established critical values. The latest recommendations in Chest do not include a critical value for LMWH, unlike standard heparin or Coumadin. Does anyone have cases of LMWH overdose with bleeding? Geo
