Well done George, and also to your coauthors. I remember this paper well; part of a 3-way debate around labelling of blood collection tubes. The other 2 papers did not reach the same level of access as your paper, but to provide some balance, readers are welcome to access these for free from the journal website (Favaloro EJ.
