ISTH 2021 Congress, Virtual Meeting, July 17–21, 2021, Philadelphia, PA
ISTH 2021 is the XXIX Congress of the International Society on Thrombosis and Haemostasis (ISTH ). On March 31, 2021, the International Society on Thrombosis and Haemostasis (ISTH ) transitioned the XXIX Congress of the ISTH  to an entirely virtual event. The Congress was originally scheduled to take place in Philadelphia, U.S., from July 17-21 with both in-person and virtual options. Many presentations remain available to registrants following the meeting.

Mayo Clinic Laboratories’ Bleeding and Thrombosing Diseases Conference, October 6–8, 2021, Hilton Rochester Mayo Clinic Area Hotel, Rochester, MN.

World Thrombosis Day, Wednesday, October 13, 2021.
WTD takes place every year on 13 October, the birthday of Rudolf Virchow who was a pioneer in the pathophysiology of thrombosis. A German physician, pathologist, biologist, and anthropologist, Virchow developed the concept of "thrombosis" and advanced our understanding of this condition.
