Hello George,
What is the best way to determine hepatitis A immunity? We currently do a total hepatitis A antibody and if that is positive we reflex to the hepatitis A IgM antibody. Is there a single test that would determine immunity?

Hello, Mark. Your question has taken me outside my comfort zone, for which I thank you, so I went to Lab Tests Online for help. For the present, your approach is the correct one, as there is no assay for the IgG antibody. If anyone online has additional information, please post your comment here.
